RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Lila & Fox delivers around the world! All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after the purchase is complete.
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping.
Please inform us within 2 days upon receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling. Notification after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase and fault must be provided. Faults will not be accepted if the items have been worn.
Once approved you will be emailed the return details including a Return Authorisation number (RA#) Returns will not be accepted without an Return Authorisation number. Returns must be sent back within 7 days for Australian customers and 14 days for international customers. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.
Lila & Fox reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in its original condition. If a return is rejected you will be notified via email and required to pay a $15 return postage cost.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request ensuring to include your order number and the item that is faulty. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes promos, flash sales and discount codes.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer the pre-order service so you can secure your item. Please note that the dates provided are only a guide and delays can occur. If there is a delay with a pre-order item we will provide you with updates until the stock arrives. On the other hand it could arrive earlier than expected which is a bonus!
Free Express Post within Australia for orders over $99 is the name of the game at Lila & Fox!
For any other orders within Australia there is a flat shipping fee of $14.95 for Express Post.
Orders are shipped via Express Post within 48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the shipping address provided at checkout. If safe, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe/secure place otherwise it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. If you wish to sign for your parcel please notify us immediately via email or leave a comment in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. Once your order has been shipped an email containing the tracking information will be emailed to you. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/ to track your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
If you are located within NSW/ACT or the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for majority of customers. Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 2-4 business days. Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

All order are trackable and shipped via Australia Post. Lila & Fox cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase. Australia Post provide us with an estimated delivery timeframe therefore any delays in transit do not constitute for a refund and the timeframes advised are a guide only. We are not responsible for any additional charges the delivery carrier may charge. If you wish to return or exchange an item a store credit will be issued less the shipping cost for you to make another purchase. All items on our website are in AUD.
